Eat, Pray Poop: A week of laughter, healing and transcendental ruffage at the Kripalu Center.

We just finished an hilarious and transformative week-long session of The Comedian's Way Workshop at the Kripalu Center in Massachusetts. All the spirituality (and ruffage) moved Beth to dub our time there "Eat, Pray, Poop."
Our thanks and appreciation to the quorum of courageous comic explorers who dug deep, aimed high and found their funniest, truest stories at Kripalu. Among other things, they had this to say about their experience:
